I am only interested in assisting in situations where my team can add tangible value but perhaps surprisingly, projects don’t have to be big to benefit hugely from the right level of help at the right time. Obviously, benefits include saving money but actually it is the more subtle benefits, which are often equally important: avoiding unnecessary aggravation, staying in control (both physically as well as financially) and removing worry. I would also be pleased to help in situations where things have gone wrong and where experienced help is needed to restore equilibrium.
